On 15 February 2026, the Ministry of Interior issued a press release on the situation of displaced persons and the impact on civilian areas from 6:00 AM on 14 February to 6:00 AM on 15 February 2026.

As of the morning of 15 February 2026, there are 76,217 displaced persons remaining, including 25,903 children, who have not yet been able to return to their homes.
